Light vs Complete Roll:
Light Roll: This option will get your bat breaking in period started. Instead of taking over 500 swings to break in, it will lessen the break in period. This bat will require tremendously less break in period for the player.
Complete Roll: Our complete roll option is for the player who wants their bat at their max capability immediately. This bat break-in period will be complete, and ready to perform at max level.
Roll Tracking: Every bat we roll is documented with photos of the before and after compression. When your bat ships, if you would like to see the photos of your bats test, you can email us with your personalized number (attached to bat by us) and we will provide you with the compression test before and after photos.
Delivery of Bat: If you order a brand new bat from us to have it rolled, obviously we will mail it out just like a normal order. But if you decide to send in a bat, you have the option to either pay for the shipping label yourself and send the bat in (Mail to 417 S Hughes Blvd. Elizabeth City, NC 27909) or you can allow us to send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
Turn Time: Our normal turn-around time for rolling a bat is 7-10 business days. Shipping distance is the biggest factor in this time. We can normally roll a bat in 1-2 days once we receive it.
